Peach Overnight Oats

 1 cup Rolled oats
 1 cup Almond milk
 ½ cup Greek yogurt
 2 tbsp Chia seeds
 2 tbsp Honey
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
For the Peach Topping:
 1 cup Fresh peaches (diced)
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tbsp Maple syrup

Combining Ingredients:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.

Divide the mixture evenly into two mason jars or airtight containers.
