Mango Avocado Salad Recipe

Salad Base
 2 cups Mango (peeled, pitted, and diced)
 2 cups Avocado (peeled, pitted, and diced)
 1 cup Red bell pepper (diced)
 ½ cup Red onion (finely chopped)
 1 cup Cucumber (diced)
Dressing
 ¼ cup Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Black pepper
Garnish
 ¼ cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
Preparing the Ingredients

Start by preparing all the fresh ingredients. Peel, pit, and dice the mango and avocado. Dice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and finely chop the red onion. Chop the fresh cilantro for garnish.
