2 Chicken Wings (about 1 kg)
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 ½ tsp Paprika
 ½ cup All-Purpose Flour (60 g)
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Honey (60 ml)
¼ cup Soy Sauce (60 ml)
 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
 Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
 Fresh Chopped Parsley (for garnish)
Preheat the Oven:

2

(5 minutes) In a large bowl, combine the Chicken Wings with Salt, Black Pepper, and Paprika. Toss to coat evenly. Add the All-Purpose Flour and toss again until the wings are well coated.

Bake the Chicken Wings:
3

(25 minutes) Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce:
4

(10 minutes) While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the Olive Oil over medium heat. Add the minced Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the Honey, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, and Red Pepper Flakes (if using). Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Coat the Wings in Sauce:
5

(5 minutes) Remove the baked chicken wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.

Serve:
