Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat 3 tbsp (45 ml) of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add 1.5 lbs (680 g) of cubed chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, until it's golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add 1.5 lbs (680 g) of cheese tortellini to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain the tortellini and set it aside.
In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt 3 tbsp (45 g) of butter over medium heat.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in 1.5 cups (360 ml) of heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Gradually whisk in 1.5 cups (150 g) of grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked chicken and drained tortellini to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Garnish with 3 tbsp (45 ml) of chopped fresh parsley and 3 tbsp (30 g) of grated Parmesan cheese.
