 100 g All-purpose flour(¾ cup)
 10 g Paprika(2 teaspoons)
 8 g Garlic powder(1 ½ teaspoons)
 8 g Onion powder (1 ½ teaspoons)
 5 g Cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick!)(1 teaspoon)

 2 g Dried thyme(½ teaspoon)
 5 g Baking powder(1 teaspoon)
Prepare the Seasoning Mix

In a large mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, black pepper, thyme, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

 

Coat Your Fish

Pat your fish fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Dip each fillet into the seasoning mix, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
