 1 cup Pumpkin puree
 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
 1 cup Sugar
 2 tsp Baking powder
 1 tsp Baking soda
 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
 ½ tsp Ground nutmeg
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 l Eggs
 ½ cup Vegetable oil
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl. This mix will make your bread tasty!

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is combined nicely.

Combine

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Don’t overmix; a few lumps are okay!

Pour and Bake

Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
