For the filling:
 4 Apples (peeled and sliced)
 200 g Blackberries
 4 tbsp Sugar
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tbsp Cornstarch
 ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
For the crumble:
 1 cup All-purpose flour (120g)
 ½ cup Rolled oats (45g)
  cup Brown sugar
 ½ cup Unsalted butter (cold, cubed) (115g)
 ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or any deep dish to hold your delicious crumble.

 

Prepare the Filling

Combine the sliced apples, blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to coat the fruit. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

 

Make the Crumble Topping

Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add the cold, cubed butter and use your fingers or a fork to mix it until the mixture looks crumbly. You want to make sure the butter is evenly distributed.
